Overview

Developed an interactive Sales Performance Dashboard using Microsoft Excel to analyze sales revenue, gross profit, average price, units sold, regional performance, product categories, and sales channels. The dashboard provides a consolidated view of business performance through KPI cards, interactive slicers, charts, and geographical visualizations, helping users explore sales data and support data-driven business decisions.

Problem Statement

Sales data contains valuable information about revenue, profitability, products, and regional performance, but reviewing individual records can make it difficult to understand overall business trends. A structured dashboard is needed to organize key performance indicators and present sales information in a clear, interactive format for easier monitoring and analysis.

Power BI Dashboard

Developed an interactive Sales Performance Dashboard using Microsoft Excel, Power Pivot, and PivotTables. The dashboard includes KPI cards for Total Sales, Average Price, Gross Profit, and Units Sold, along with monthly revenue and gross profit trends, revenue by country, product category analysis, and Top 5 Bestsellers. Interactive slicers allow users to filter the dashboard by order date, region, sales channel, and customer type.
